Jesse Armendarez, San Bernardino County Supervisor, is a dynamic local force with a track record in business development and public safety. His journey from mechanic to small business owner, combined with his advocacy in education and community service, has left a significant mark on his county. In his role as a Fontana City Councilmember, he chaired the Inland Empire Utilities Agency Policy Committee, representing Fontana’s interests in sewer, wastewater, and recycling initiatives.

Tara Paul, an associate at Allen Matkins, brings expertise in water law, land use, and environmental law, enriched by her advocacy in state and federal courts. Her experience extends to comprehensive regulatory advice and water rights litigation.

Wendy Y. Wang, serving as of counsel at BBK Law, contributes extensive experience in water and environmental litigation. She’s notably played a strategic role in critical groundwater rights cases and is versed in AQMD regulatory compliance.
