SCWC kicked off the new year with a dynamic and engaging Quarterly Luncheon on January 24, 2025, drawing 200 attendees to the brand-new Intuit Dome. The sold-out event brought together industry leaders, policymakers, and members for an afternoon of insightful discussions and exclusive access to one of Los Angeles’ newest sports venues.
Senator Laura Richardson addressed the Board, setting the stage for an afternoon of impactful conversations. Retired Senator Jim Brulte and Juan Rodriguez of Bearstar Strategies followed with a compelling discussion on California’s political landscape post-election, offering valuable insights into what lies ahead for the state. While we typically don’t recap our meetings—because we want you to experience them in person—this event was truly one for the books!
In addition to the thought-provoking discussions, attendees were treated to an exclusive VIP tour of the state-of-the-art Intuit Dome, home of the L.A. Clippers. The opportunity to explore this cutting-edge arena added an extra layer of excitement to an already high-energy gathering.
